Like lavender, this is not the scarlet I would have expected. To me, scarlet is red--shocking red. But scarlet from the box of 64 crayons is an orangey-red.
Here is my contribution for scarlet!
(Oh, and I did not make this cake--this cake was made by the mom of one of Lily's friends.) I wish I could make a cake like this!
Oh that cake is beautiful. I love the legos on top...very creative. I sadly am not a great baker but cupcakes I could try. lol Great capture of scarlet.

I looooooooove this cake!
Jill--isn't this cake fabulous? It was just as delicious as it was beautiful! But I didn't make it!
No matter who made it, it's beautiful, and I see from your comment above that it tasted great, too. Lucky birthday child!
Makes me hungry. Looks delicious, but I don't think I can make myself to eat that cake; I just love the many colors on it.
Nice scarlet find. Oh, and the cake stand is nice too! ;-) Yummy.
