What do the contents of your purse pencil case say about you?

This is what I found in the pencil case Joey brought home from school two weeks ago:

-57 pencils--NONE with erasers or points, ALL chewed to the point that you could get a serious splinter

-7 broken pens

-1 large bolt

-2 cupcake decorations

-37 cents

-3 dum dum wrappers and 1 Starburst wrapper

-1 little alien dude

-1 secret club pledge

"I pledge to the cat, I pledge to the dog, I pledge that a sloth will fall off a log."

I laughed as I sorted this out and thought "what on earth did he use to actually write with?"

Two Years Ago Today...

We saw this little face for the very first time!

I remember looking at these photos over and over and over again!

During the past two months, I can not count the number of people who have commented on how Lily has really blossomed. She is talking more and more...she LOVES to meet new people--especially children. One year ago, this was not yet the case! Amazing how much can change in just one year!
