What does it take to get rid of a really stubborn case of ring-around-the lips? Can I "Shout" it out?

i have no idea how to get rid of them but know that my boys both have crazy chapped lips and we cant get rid of them either. I have sent chap stick to school with them and everything but they are still here-- uggg!!

That's the worst! Jenna gets that from time to time ... Kara gets the chapped cheeks!
We do lots and lots of Chapstick (especially before going outside in the cold) ... and then at night I slather on some Vaseline before bedtime. Usually works in a day or two!
